VARIETAL: 100% SHIRAZ SINGLE VINEYARD

Handpicked from the sandy loam soils of Blewitt Springs, our grapes undergo minimal intervention, allowing their natural flavours to shine. Wild fermentation using a portion of whole bunch grapes, maturation in French oak add refinement, complementing the fruit’s inherent character.
